Dr. Azadeh May Dianat believes exceptional dentistry begins with listening. Her philosophy is simple: every patient deserves personalized, honest, and conservative care that prioritizes long-term oral health while creating beautiful, natural-looking results.

Born and raised in Iran, Dr. Dianat has always been fascinated by biology, science, and the complexity of the human body. At the same time, she has a naturally artistic eye and a creative spirit. Dentistry became the perfect intersection of those passions—a profession where science, precision, engineering, and artistry come together to improve both health and confidence.

Her path to becoming a dentist was anything but ordinary. Coming from a Bahá’í family—a religious minority that has faced decades of persecution in Iran, including being denied access to higher education—Dr. Dianat realized that if she wanted to pursue her dreams, she would have to leave everything familiar behind. Together with her two siblings, she immigrated to the United States in search of educational opportunities and the freedom to build the future she envisioned. That experience shaped the resilience, determination, and appreciation she brings to her patients every day.

Dr. Dianat earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Georgia State University, graduating with the highest honors, before receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the New York University College of Dentistry. She then completed an intensive General Practice Residency at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, where she received advanced training in comprehensive general dentistry, endodontics, oral surgery, restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, and the care of medically complex patients.

Today, as the founder of Revive Dental Studio, Dr. Dianat enjoys every aspect of comprehensive general dentistry. From preventive care and restorative treatment to root canals, crowns, dental implants, Invisalign, and cosmetic smile makeovers, she believes every treatment should be tailored to the individual rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.

A naturally curious person and lifelong learner, Dr. Dianat continually pursues advanced education in cosmetic dentistry, restorative dentistry, orthodontics, implant dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. She believes dentistry is constantly evolving, and she is committed to refining her skills so her patients benefit from the most advanced techniques, materials, and technology available.

For Dr. Dianat, the greatest reward is earning her patients’ trust. Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing someone leave her office healthier, more confident, and smiling without hesitation.

Dr. Mehrnaz Golmakani earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the esteemed New York University College of Dentistry, where she graduated at the top of her class. Her academic excellence earned her induction into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society and recognition as the recipient of the Quintessence Award for Outstanding Achievement in Periodontics.

Following her graduation, Dr. Golmakani completed a year-long General Practice Residency at NYU Langone Health in Brooklyn, concentrating on aesthetic dentistry, periodontics, and prosthodontics. She then pursued an additional three years of advanced specialty training in the distinguished Advanced Education Program in Periodontics and Implant Dentistry at the New York University College of Dentistry.

Upon completion of her specialty training, Dr. Golmakani was honored with both the Leadership and Clinical Excellence Awards, a unique distinction historically awarded to only one graduate. She is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology.

In her personal life, Dr. Golmakani enjoys swimming and tennis, and she is passionate about animal welfare, often serving as a foster parent for animals in need.
